We were inspired by the following story to name our apartments.
"It is said that Aphrodite, goddess of beauty and love, emerging from the sea to meet Eros, who was waiting for her on the beach, broke her pearl necklace. Aphrodite tried in every way to keep the precious stones from falling, but seven fell into the sea, giving life to the seven islands that today make up the Tuscan archipelago. Seven pearls: Gorgona , Capraia, Elba, Pianosa , Montecristo, Giannutri and Giglio."
